The RK-280E-PRO CNC panel saw is designed for fast, precise, and high-volume cutting of particleboard, MDF, laminated panels, and other sheet materials. With a cutting length of 2800mm or optionally 3300mm and a maximum cutting height of 100mm, the machine enables multiple panels to be processed in a single working cycle. Automatic positioning, servo drive, and the precise rack-and-pinion system with linear guides ensure consistent accuracy even under heavy loads. The 11kW main motor provides stable and clean cutting, while the scoring unit prevents damage and chipping of the decorative surface layer. The machine is equipped with pneumatic air tables that facilitate the movement and positioning of panels. The pneumatic pressure beam securely holds the material during processing, while the automatic gripper system ensures reliable and precise feeding and positioning of the material. Cutting optimization software and the integrated printer enable better material utilization, automatic cutting plan optimization, and easy labeling of finished components.
The main structure is manufactured from high-quality steel, with reinforced welding and heat treatment. This reduces the possibility of deformation and ensures long-term accuracy during intensive daily operation. The saw carriage moves along a stable dual-guide system, reducing vibrations and providing a cleaner cut surface. The operator enters the required dimensions and quantities via the touchscreen, after which the machine automatically positions the material and performs the programmed cutting cycle. The optimization software helps reduce material waste and increase productivity.
