DESCRIPTION

This fully automated production line is an integrated system designed for high-precision, high-volume processing of sheet materials. It combines automatic labeling, loading, drilling, grooving, routing, cutting, and unloading of finished components into one seamless production process.
Panels are loaded onto the lifting platform by forklift, after which the system automatically identifies, positions, and processes each panel according to the production program. This creates a stable and continuous production flow while minimizing dependence on manual labor and ensuring maximum efficiency.

Fully Automated Production Cycle

The process begins with the automatic printing and application of a label to each panel or production component. The label contains all the information required for further processing, including dimensions, project position, and the next production operation.
The panel is then automatically transported to the CNC drilling unit, where vertical drilling from both the top and bottom sides, along with other programmed operations, is performed. The integrated ATC system enables automatic tool changes without interrupting the production cycle.
After drilling is completed, the material is automatically transferred to the CNC nesting center. There, precise cutting, routing, grooving, and additional machining operations are carried out according to the optimized production program. The nesting unit is also equipped with an automatic tool changer, allowing multiple machining operations to be completed within a single production cycle.
Finished components are automatically unloaded and transferred to the output area, ready for the next production stages such as edge banding, sorting, or assembly.

Designed for Continuous Production

The production line has been developed as an industrial solution for manufacturers requiring high capacity, repeatable precision, and reliable multi-shift operation. Its structure and key machine components undergo multiple controlled manufacturing processes:
• Robotic welding of structural frames
• Heat treatment to relieve internal stresses in the steel
• Shot blasting and surface preparation
• Precision machining of machine frames on gantry milling centers
• Controlled assembly of automated units
• Final testing, calibration, and geometric accuracy inspection

This manufacturing approach ensures exceptional mechanical stability, precise machine geometry, and long-term accuracy even under intensive industrial use.

High Productivity Without Manual Material Handling

By automating material transport and processing, unnecessary manual lifting and handling of panels are eliminated. This reduces the time between operations, prevents incorrect positioning, and minimizes the risk of material damage.
Depending on the configuration, machining requirements, and production program, the line can achieve a capacity of approximately 140 to 160 panels during a single 8-hour shift.

Complete Production with Edge Banding

To complete the manufacturing process, the production line can be integrated with an industrial edge banding machine equipped with an optional horizontal drilling unit. After vertical drilling, cutting, and routing, the finished components continue to edge banding and horizontal drilling, resulting in fully processed parts ready for sorting and final assembly.
