How the Production Line Works

The material is loaded into the system by forklift and placed at the storage entry position. Using an automatic lift, the sheets are then distributed across multiple storage levels.
When production begins, the system automatically selects the required material and transfers it to the fiber laser loading platform. The sheet is then fed into the laser cutting area, where the cutting process starts.
While the laser is processing the current sheet, the system simultaneously prepares the next one. This minimizes waiting time between cycles and ensures a continuous production flow.
After cutting is completed, the processed sheet is automatically removed from the machine. A crane handling system then picks up the finished parts and places them onto a dedicated unloading platform, where operators can easily retrieve them for further processing, sorting, or packaging.
