The CNC nesting machine is becoming increasingly popular on the market, intended for industrial use as well as for small and medium-sized woodworking workshops that want to increase their capacity and automate their production process.
The machine offers an exceptionally economical price compared to other brands and types of cutting machines. The main application of the CNC nesting machine is panel cutting, which enables fast, precise and high-quality processing of up to 100 panels in a single shift (8 hours).
The machine uses a linear tool magazine for automatic tool changes located directly on the bridge, allowing quick tool changes without the need to travel to the end of the worktable to perform the same function. This additionally reduces wear on the linear rails and guides, thereby extending the machine’s service life.
The machine’s construction is made of steel and is fully welded, manufactured from rectangular steel profiles that provide a high degree of rigidity as well as excellent resistance to both static and dynamic loads. The machine body is manufactured on highly precise CNC metalworking centers, guaranteeing precision, quality and durability.
