OCTOBER 14–17 | RADEK SHOWROOM, SKOPJE

Four days dedicated to modern manufacturing.

At RADEK TECHNOLOGY DAYS 2026, you will have the opportunity to follow complete production processes up close, see machines operating in real working conditions and compare different technologies.

A range of machines and production solutions will be presented at the RADEK showroom. The program will focus on live demonstrations, automation and improving efficiency. Our expert team will be available for consultations and specific recommendations tailored to your production needs.

We expect visitors from across the region, creating opportunities to share production experience, consult with engineers and make new business contacts.

WHICH MACHINES AND PRODUCTION LINES WILL BE DEMONSTRATED?

01. AUTOMATED DRILLING AND CUTTING LINE

Production capacity: up to 100 panels per shift.

An integrated line with a fully automated workflow: labelling, loading into the CNC drilling machine, drilling, transfer and loading into the CNC nesting machine, cutting, and unloading the processed parts. The operations are linked by automated material handling between the machines.

02. CNC PANEL CUTTING MACHINE WITH LIFT TABLE AND AUTOMATIC LOADING

A system for industrial CNC cutting of panel materials, equipped with a lift table and automatic side loading. The workflow covers software based material optimisation, material loading and execution of the programmed cutting plan.

03. AUTOMATED CNC NESTING LINE

Production capacity: up to 100 panels per shift.

A CNC cutting line with part labelling, automatic loading of panel materials and automatic unloading after processing. Preparation, loading, cutting and unloading are combined into one production cycle.

04. EDGEBANDING LINE WITH RETURN CONVEYOR

Production capacity: up to 23 m/min

Complete edgebanding with an integrated return conveyor that brings parts back to the operator. The demonstration will cover additional equipment and features: servo adjustment, PUR adhesive, quick adhesive changeover, additional units for drilling and grooving, a device for safely feeding small parts, extra support at the main processing units, additional support for edgebanding parts that have already been drilled, and other equipment...

05. FOUR AXIS CNC MACHINE FOR DOOR PROCESSING

CNC door processing includes edge trimming, machining hinge recesses, lock openings and recesses, and engraving. These operations are performed on a single four axis CNC machine.

06. SIX SIDED CNC DRILLING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC UNLOADING

Production capacity: up to 1,000 parts per shift.

Six sided CNC drilling of furniture components, with automatic unloading after processing. The demonstration covers drilling for fittings and joining systems, door processing, automatic tool changes, simultaneous drilling of two parts, and the use of additional units for specialised machining operations.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITION PROGRAM

In addition to the demonstration lines and machines, 26 more machines will be on display: CNC routers, edgebanders, CO₂ lasers, panel saws, conventional woodworking machines, dust extraction systems and screw compressors. The exhibition will also feature cutting tools, CNC aggregates and consumables for edgebanders, including diamond and carbide cutters, saw blades, drill bits, single sided, double sided and four sided aggregates, as well as pre milling cutters, rough and fine trimming cutters, scrapers and polishing units.

WHAT WILL YOUR VISIT LOOK LIKE?

WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY · OCTOBER 14, 15 AND 16
Scheduled demonstration sessions

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the program will run twice daily, with the same content in each session. Every session includes all scheduled machine demonstrations and software presentations, with time for technical questions and consultations.

MORNING SESSION · 10:00–13:30
AFTERNOON SESSION · 14:30–18:00

When registering, choose the day and demonstration session that suit you best.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your selected session begins to check in.

SATURDAY · OCTOBER 17
Open day for visits and individual demonstrations

The fourth day is dedicated to exploring the showroom, speaking directly with RADEK engineers and seeing demonstrations based on visitors’ interests and production needs.

OPEN DAY · 09:00–17:00

There is no fixed demonstration schedule on this day. Together with our engineering team, you can focus on the machines, operations and technical solutions relevant to your production.

To register for Saturday, select the day of your visit. You do not need to choose a demonstration session.

BREAK AND REFRESHMENT AREA

A dedicated area with coffee, drinks and light refreshments will be available to all visitors for breaks between demonstrations, sharing experiences and informal business conversations.

A demonstration of the entire process, from furniture design and construction through cutting optimisation to calculating the required materials and costs.
