All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and are for informational purposes only. For sales within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, payment is made in denars (MKD). RADEK DOOEL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
All machines delivered by RADEK DOOEL are covered by a warranty in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, provided that the machines have been used according to the user manual and properly maintained. The service network and spare parts are available at our facilities and authorized service centers in Macedonia and the region.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
The delivery of machines is carried out to the customer’s address within the agreed period. Installation and commissioning are performed by the RADEK service team, with the mandatory presence of the user or a responsible person. The customer is obliged to provide suitable space and conditions for installation before the arrival of the service technicians.
